Working environment

Ruko is goal-oriented in developing human resources within the company. A main goal is to maintain and attract competent employees, to provide even better services and products.

This is done through increased focus on the overall work environment in the company to give the individual employee more work flexibility and delegation of responsibility.

For example, in our production department a significant effort has been made to improve the physical work environment by eliminating problems related to repetitive work. Among other things, this lead to investments in ergonomics equipment and furnishings, including new tables and chairs, elevating machines, new lightening and a new ventilation plant for indoor climate control.

In addition, a training programme has been introduced that will ensure that all production employees are capable of performing all job functions, enabling them to avoid having to make the same movements every single day which is a crucial element when it comes to preventing physical attrition.
